Step-by-Step Instructions
Access Your Profile Settings click on “Edit Profile” located in the menu at the top of the screen.
Deactivate Your Current Profile In the email address field, type the word
Canceledin front of your existing email address.
For example, change:email@email.com→Cancelemail@email.com
Then click “Update Profile.”Sign Out of Your Account After seeing the confirmation message that your profile has been updated, click “Sign Out.”
Clear Browser Cookies & Cache Clear your browser’s cookies and cache. This step is essential to ensure no old data interferes with your new activation.
Restart Your Activation Go to: https://accounts.musthavedocuments.com/activate
Enter your activation code to begin fresh.
