You are able to specify your marital status which will allow the program to provide you the correct verbiage for your documents.
To specify your marital status:
1. Click on 'Your Info' at the top of the program, then scroll down to select 'You - Make Changes'.
2. Scroll down to find Marital Status - Make Changes
3. Here you will be able to specify your marital status
