An agent is someone whom you appoint to act for you as if they were you.
To edit your selected health care decision maker(s):
1. Click on 'Your Info' at the top left of the program, then scroll down to select
'Health Care Decision Maker - Make Changes'.
2. Click on Health Care Decision Maker - Make Changes
3. Here you are able to edit your selected agent(s) (Health-Care Decision Makers)
