How do I obtain the necessary forms in the Financial POA Statutory Gifts Rider & Statutory Short Form of POA?
We do not provide these forms within this program. This is because we do not recommend anyone give someone permission to makes gifts on their behalf or using a Non Statutory Form while the trustor is still alive.
If they want to do this, they should seek legal counsel so they full understand the risks. Almost no state gives the power to make gifts for another in the power of attorney laws on the their books.
