Stuck at a certain part of the program:
If you are stuck at a section of the program make sure that all the necessary information was filled out for that section and hit 'Save' when applicable. You can also try to delete or remove your entry and re-enter it, to make sure all the proper steps were followed when making your entry.
Receiving an error message:
Return to the program and select "Continue" to be taken back to where you left off. Make sure all areas are filled in before moving forward in the program.
